Refund & Return Policy

We gladly accept returns which will be 100% refunded in the form of a store credit only within 14 days of delivery on eligible, unworn, non–final sale items with all tags attached.

How Returns Work

• All returns must be submitted and approved through our official Return Portal before shipping anything back.
• Approved returns are refunded as store credit (not a gift card). Store credit is accessible by logging into or creating your Gritty Soul account.
• Orders purchased with store credit may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned again and are final sale after one exchange.

Authorized Portal Returns Only

• Unauthorized or self-shipped returns (including personal/third-party labels) are not eligible for refund or store credit and may be retained by our warehouse.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all approved returns.

Note: Final sale, worn, washed, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return.
