How do I place an order?
Add your favorite pieces to your cart and check out. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it can’t be changed or canceled — our warehouse processes fast. If you made an error, contact us right away and we’ll do our best before the order ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Shop Pay, and Buy Now Pay Later options like Shop Pay Installments and Sezzle.
Why was my payment declined?
Double-check that your billing address matches your card and that funds are available. If it continues, try another payment method or contact your bank.
Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later?
Yes! You can use Shop Pay Installments or Sezzle to split payments into smaller, manageable amounts.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship directly from our Atlanta, GA warehouse.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2 business days, though pre-orders or high-demand styles may take up to 7 - 10 business days to process.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! We offer 2-Day Express UPS on orders placed before 1 PM EST.
Where’s my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details by email. Didn’t see it? Check your Spam or Promotions folder. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
What if I typed the wrong address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us right away. Once it’s been shipped, we can’t make address changes. Try contacting the carrier to reroute your package.
🔁 Returns & Store Credit
What’s your return policy?
We gladly accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery on eligible, unworn items. Store credit can be used toward a new size, color, or totally different item — your choice!
How do I start a return?
Use our official Return Portal. It’s quick and easy:
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select the items you’d like to return.
- Download your return label and ship it back to us.
Do you allow exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can use your store credit to order a different size or item once your return is processed.
Is there a restocking fee?
Orders purchased with store credit may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned again and are considered final sale after one exchange.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Unauthorized or self-shipped returns (outside our portal) are not eligible for refund or store credit.

Are your items true to size?
Yes! We offer standard US women’s sizing — no “China-cut” fits here.
Do you have a size chart?
Every product page includes a detailed size chart under the “Product Information & Size” tab.
What fabrics do you use?
Our pieces vary by style — from cotton and denim to stretch blends — always chosen for comfort, fit, and that signature Gritty Soul edge.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Many styles do get restocked! Click the “Notify Me” button on the product page to get an email alert when your size is back.
